Recently, a special and warm appointment ceremony was held in the conference room of Andar Group's subsidiary, Anjun Trailer Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Wang Hongyan, a retired employee of Anjun Trailer, was reappointed due to his strong technical skills, with General Manager Cui Wenlian personally presenting him with the "Specially Appointed Expert" certificate. From this point on, Wang Hongyan becomes the first technical expert in the Andar Talent Database.

Wang Hongyan joined the company in 2008 and has served as the technical director for 16 years. With his professional knowledge, he has laid a solid foundation for the company's vehicle model research and development and market launch. His high moral standards are also commendable; he often goes to the front line to solve technical problems and provide support for the sales team, and he has traveled abroad multiple times to handle after-sales issues. During the pandemic and the company's reform and adjustment period, Wang Hongyan has always remained at his post, setting an example for other employees and making significant contributions to the stability and development of the enterprise. After his honorable retirement in 2024, he will continue to serve the company, playing an important role in technical system construction, nurturing backup talent, and new product development.
