enhance the service level and capabilities of instant logistics in the city, the Instant Logistics Branch of the Tianjin Modern Logistics Association was officially established on July 26, 2024. Representatives from relevant units, including the Tianjin Development and Reform Commission, the Tianjin Public Security Traffic Management Bureau, the Tianjin Fire Rescue Corps, and the Tianjin Federation of Trade Unions, attended the meeting. Cui Hongjin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and President of the Tianjin Modern Logistics Association, was invited to participate.

In his speech, Chairman Cui mentioned that the establishment of the Instant Logistics and Low-Speed Transportation Branch, which gathers leading enterprises in the industry, will build a bridge and link between the government and enterprises. Through the integration of information platform resources and the promotion of new technologies, it aims to reduce operating costs for enterprises, improve service quality and efficiency, and lower business risks. With strong support from relevant government departments, the initiative will promote industrial upgrading and innovation, continuously enhancing the overall level of instant logistics and low-speed transportation in Tianjin. It will also contribute to the construction of safe communities, the development of civilized cities, and assist in traffic safety management.

During the awarding ceremony, Chairman Cui presented awards to the branch's president and vice president units.

Finally, Secretary-General Du Baorong emphasized the hope that the Instant Logistics and Low-Speed Transportation Branch would deeply understand the needs of enterprises, gather relevant instant logistics companies in Tianjin, and play the self-discipline and guiding role of the industry association to promote the standardized development of the industry. Additionally, it should strengthen resource sharing and cooperation among instant logistics-related enterprises, promote innovation in management practices, rationalize platform algorithms, and reduce traffic violations in the instant logistics industry, striving to make Tianjin a model city for the development of the instant logistics and low-speed transportation sectors in China.
