Recently, students from the Logistics Department, Master of Engineering Management, and the Institute of Economic and Social Development of Nankai University jointly visited Anda Group, engaging in a fulfilling and meaningful exchange activity. The aim of this event was to enable students to integrate the theoretical knowledge they have learned in the classroom with the actual operations of enterprises, and to gain a deeper understanding of the operation mode and development trends of the logistics industry. Led by Associate Professor Liu Yanping from the Institute of Economic and Social Development of Nankai University, and accompanied by Zheng Yuqiang, the General Manager of Anda Logistics Company and a specially appointed external teacher of Nankai University, the students embarked on this visit.

The student exchange group first visited Anda Logistics Company, focusing on the car transportation logistics sector. Under the guidance and introduction of General Manager Zheng Yuqiang, the students gained a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of car transportation logistics, including vehicle scheduling, transportation route planning, vehicle storage, cargo handling processes, and safety management measures during transportation. They also delved into the application of information technology in car transportation logistics management. During the visit, the students had in-depth discussions with General Manager Zheng Yuqiang on how to use intelligent systems to achieve real-time vehicle monitoring and improve transportation efficiency. Through on-site explanations and practical observations, the students gained a more intuitive and profound understanding of the operation and management of car transportation logistics.

Subsequently, the students visited the headquarters of Anda Group. Led by Wang Junpeng, the assistant to the chairman of Anda Group, they gained an in-depth understanding of the current development status of the group's four major industries. Besides the core logistics industry, it also covers many business areas such as mechanical manufacturing, communication electronics, and biopharmaceuticals. The coordinated development of these industries showcases the strong comprehensive strength of Anda Group. Particularly, the "Gan Jing Wo Tu" brand biochemical treatment machine, with its advanced technology and efficient processing capabilities, has attracted continuous attention and praise from the students for its role in reducing the environmental impact of kitchen waste and agricultural waste and achieving resource recycling. During the visit, the unique corporate culture of the group also left a deep impression on the students. From the corporate mission and values to the cultivation of teamwork spirit, the students felt the important guiding role of corporate culture in the development of the enterprise.

After the visit and exchange, in the 6th floor lecture hall of the group, Cui Hongjin, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Anda Group, specially came to the exchange and discussion session and shared his insights with the students, encouraging them to remember that logistics is a sunrise industry. No matter when, as long as there are goods, there must be logistics. Therefore, they should always maintain their enthusiasm for exploring new knowledge, closely combine theory with practice, take integrity as the foundation, and innovation as the wings, and bravely face challenges to carve out their own space in the logistics industry and even broader fields.

When talking about the students' future career development, Chairman Cui Hongjin said earnestly, "No matter what position you hold in the future, always remember integrity and responsibility. Be brave to try new things and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude when facing challenges." Finally, Chairman Cui Hongjin expressed his sincere expectations for the students, hoping that they can shine in the future logistics field and inject new vitality into the industry. He also welcomed them to join Anda Group after graduation and grow together with the enterprise.

The students all expressed that Chairman Cui's sharing had greatly inspired them and given them a clearer direction for future learning and career planning.
