During the afternoon of July 28, Mr Cui Hongjin, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of ANDA group, and Mr Liu Xiangdong, director of the Institute of resources and environment of Tianjin Agricultural Sciences Academy, signed the strategic cooperation agreement in the conference room on the 4th floor of ANDA group. Mr Qiu Jidong, vice president of Tianjin Agricultural Sciences Academy, Mr Wu Di, deputy director of the Institute of agricultural resources and environment of Tianjin Agricultural Sciences Academy, and Li Jiajia, director of the Party Affairs Office; Wang Junpeng, assistant to the chairman of Anda group, Zhu Dejiang, general manager of Hongda precision industry of Anda group branch, Zhuang Ruguo, deputy general manager, and Lu Zhiqiang, general manager of Anjun company attended the signing ceremony.

At the meeting, Secretary Cui Hongjin has been focusing on the country and society, and devoted himself to national food security and farmland soil improvement. He mentioned that the people take food as basic nature of life and the grain is based on the soil. Food security is the "national issue", and arable land is the "lifeblood" of food production, which has a bearing on whether people can hold their own rice bowls. Especially in the recent period, according to the state's protection policy for black soil as the battle has become urgent. The long-term over-exploration and unreasonable utilization have led to the "poor and hardening" of the black soil. Taking the black soil in the northeast as an example, it is called the "panda in the cultivated land". It takes about 400 years to form a 1 cm black soil layer. It is a pity that such precious black soil is being "hollowed ".

The kitchen waste biochemical treatment machine of "Ganjing Wotu" brand independently developed by ANDA group which can realize the three-phase treatments (i.e. reduction, harmlessness and recycling) of kitchen waste and part of agricultural waste through high-temperature fermentation and sterilization. The produced organic fertilizer can effectively improve the soil properties and is inexhaustible. Secretary Mr Cui Hongjin emotionally said that "small equipment creates a 100 billion level industrial chain, turns waste into treasure, and protection of 1.8 billion black soil". The achievements are contemporary and the benefits are everlasting. He especially emphasized that the wheat planted with the organic fertilizer has been tested and verified in the wheat experimental field in the planting base of the Tianjin Agricultural Sciences Academy. It is a obvious proof that the wheat grown with the organic fertilizer has achieved high yield. Therefore, he also expressed the gratitude to the leaders and experts at all levels of the Tianjin Agricultural Sciences Academy for their strong support and hard working.

During the meeting, President Qiu said that as strategic partners, both parties should adhere to the principle of "complementary advantages, equality and mutual benefit, and long-term cooperation" to jointly promote the role of organic fertilizer produced by kitchen waste in soil improvement in agricultural production, enable to comprehensively enhance the respective advantages, and work together for coordinated development. At the same time, both parties actively promote the application and demonstration of kitchen waste organic fertilizer products; Actively participate under the supporting policies for the recycling of kitchen waste in Tianjin; Actively organize the project initiation and cooperation of Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau and Agriculture Committee; The expert team led by deputy director Wu Di actively provided technical support for ANDA group's “Soil Fertilization Plan”; In the future, under the premise of policy, science and technology and personnel input, we believe that ANDA's kitchen waste project will be more recognized and make great contributions to ensuring national food security and promoting sustainable agricultural development.
