On June 19, the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Veterans Affairs Department, Tianjin Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, and Guangdong Provincial Veterans Affairs Department jointly held the launch ceremony of the "Guangdong-Tianjin Support for Xinjiang's Military-Civil Fusion, Hand in Hand for Development" activity in Urumqi. Comrade Yu Douxing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Veterans Affairs Department of the Autonomous Region, delivered a speech. Comrade Cheng Jianguo, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Tianjin Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, attended the ceremony and gave a speech. Liu Gengfeng, a Level 1 researcher at the Employment and Entrepreneurship Division of the Guangdong Provincial Veterans Affairs Department, participated in the ceremony.

As one of the outstanding representatives of Tianjin's military-civil fusion enterprises, Tianjin Anda Group participated in this assistance activity. Cui Hongjin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman, was invited to attend the event and delivered a speech as the person in charge of Tianjin's military-civil fusion enterprise. Chairman Cui Hongjin stated in his speech: Anda Group possesses strong technological capabilities and currently has mature projects in three areas of people's livelihood: kitchen waste, motor vehicle, and non-motor vehicle parking management services. Since the implementation of the "Guangdong-Tianjin Support for Xinjiang's Military-Civil Fusion, Hand in Hand for Development" activity plan last year, the Tianjin Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau and the Guangdong Provincial Veterans Affairs Department have actively selected high-quality military-civil fusion enterprises in their respective regions to pair and assist the 30 military-civil fusion enterprises selected in Xinjiang. They actively promote the sharing of resources and supply-demand docking between Xinjiang and Guangdong-Tianjin military-civil fusion enterprises, and promote the high-quality development of military-civil fusion enterprises in Xinjiang. This time, Tianjin Anda Group Co., Ltd., Guolanzi Supply Chain Co., Ltd., and other 30 military-civil fusion enterprises visited Xinjiang, had face-to-face exchanges with 30 local military-civil fusion enterprises, conducted in-depth docking, visited and conducted research at local military-civil fusion enterprises, understood the development of relevant industries and enterprise needs, identified specific points of assistance, and worked together for mutual development.

On that day, Tianjin Anda Group Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Zhikexia Recycling Resources Co., Ltd. jointly signed a cooperation agreement for veterans' employment and entrepreneurship projects. Xinjiang Zhikexia Recycling Resources Co., Ltd. uses kitchen waste treatment equipment to achieve on-site reduction, harmless treatment, resource utilization, and Anda Group provides comprehensive technical support before, during, and after the sale of the equipment, including process planning and construction guidance for project products, and professional training for technical personnel.

Signing Ceremony

The signing ceremony was attended by responsible comrades from the veterans affairs departments of Tianjin, Guangdong, and Xinjiang, as well as representatives of military-civil fusion enterprises and enterprises supporting the military, totaling more than 80 people.
