As a retired veteran and 'old platoon leader' of 45 years, I must play a leading role in supporting the military and serving the forces, doing more and better than ordinary people," passionately proclaimed Cui Hongjin on stage. Able to participate in the "Shining Names - 2023 Most Admirable in Supporting the Military Award Ceremony" on CCTV and receive recognition from the people nationwide, Cui Hongjin has made achievements through his dedication, not only benefiting others but also himself.

Never forgetting their original intention and focusing on strengthening training and preparedness. Cui Hongjin hasn't forgotten the goal of building a strong military. Since 2000, under the organization of local reserve units and the People's Armed Forces Department, Anda Group invested significant human, material, and financial resources to establish two militia heavy transportation companies and one motor transportation company within the enterprise to support reserve forces and militia construction. Since 2014, the group has invested over 5 million RMB in the development of products for military-civilian integration, addressing more than 20 problems in training exercises and providing 3 standardized products for military training. To support the military and ensure smooth operations, they integrated their 300 owned transportation vehicles into the district's military support transportation unit. Over 3 million RMB was invested in vehicle modifications and unit development. They allocate over 100,000 RMB annually for training exercises. In recent years, over 4 million RMB has been invested in military training exercises and non-military support activities.

With deep concern for national defense and a focus on urgent tasks. He actively supported the practical training exercises and non-war military operations of the stationed troops. In 2021, he ensured adequate transportation support for a local unit facing a lack of mobile capabilities. From 2020 to 2022, he worked closely with higher-level departments and excellently completed multiple tasks related to transporting epidemic prevention supplies.

Cui Hongjin used practical actions to help solve the "three concerns" (housing, education, and medical care) for military personnel, motivating soldiers to focus on training and preparedness and making military families feel respected and cared for by society. Since 1995, Anda Group has employed more than 500 retired soldiers and arranged jobs for 122 military dependents. In 2008, they donated over 1 million RMB to soldiers involved in the Sichuan earthquake disaster. In 2015, they donated over 600,000 RMB to purchase commercial pension insurance for 59 children of martyrs from the Tianjin Port "8.12" explosion. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, they donated 100,000 RMB to Rongjun Hospital in Wuhan for epidemic control. Over the years, Cui Hongjin has 
donated and contributed over 10 million RMB to military support.

At almost 70 years old, a retired veteran, he uses his deep feelings to support training and preparedness. He has devoted great effort to improving the conditions for combat readiness training, supporting logistical training activities, addressing concerns of officers and soldiers, and ensuring effective support for troops.
