Encouraging and guiding the healthy development of social emergency forces serves as an important platform to strengthen the auxiliary forces of our regional emergency rescue teams. On the morning of August 21st, under the care of the District Committee and District Government, and with strong support from the District Emergency Management Bureau, the District Veterans Affairs Bureau, and the District Communist Youth League, the "Tianjin Anda Veterans' Emergency Rescue Team" successfully launched the themed event "Caring for the Growth of the Next Generation." Leaders including Liu Yuemin, Member of the District Committee Standing Committee, Minister of the People's Armed Forces Department, and Deputy Group Leader of the Civil-Military Integration Leading Group, Cao Yanhai, Director of the District Veterans Affairs Bureau and Director of the Civil-Military Integration Leading Group Office, Wang Hailong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Community Office of Fengnian Village Sub-district, Liu Shuyi, Senior Researcher of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Chai Gongqing, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Retired Cadres and Director of the Civil Affairs Committee Office, Yu Xianjun, Party Committee Member and Fourth-level Researcher of the District Emergency Management Bureau, Cui Hongjin, Party Secretary and Chairman of Anda Group, Hao Fengrong, Chairman of the Tianjin Yang Zhaolan Charity Foundation, Cui Wenlian, General Manager of the Group, and other relevant leaders attended the event.

First, there was the charitable donation segment. The children of employees from Anda Group stood by the entrance with their prepared donations of love. Eagerly, they lined up to donate to the Yang Zhaolan Charity Foundation. The children's innocent faces were adorned with sweet smiles, creating a heartwarming scene that touched everyone present.

After the host, Ma Ping, confidently requested approval from Chairman Cui Hongjin, the official event commenced. The entire assembly sang the national anthem, and as the melodious voices echoed, the five-starred red flag gracefully ascended. Following this, the attendees moved to the second floor of the Veterans' Home, where, in the presence of all the leaders, Anda employees, and their children, Cui Hongjin, the national recipient of the title "Most Admirable in Supporting the Military," announced the establishment of the "Tianjin Anda Veterans' Emergency Rescue Team" and led all the team members in taking the oath

In the presence of all attendees, Cao Yanhai, Director of the District Veterans Affairs Bureau, and Yu Xianjun, Party Committee Member of the District Emergency Management Bureau, respectively awarded plaques and flags to Cui Hongjin, Chairman of Anda Group, and Zhang Enxin, Captain of the Emergency Rescue Team.

On the occasion of the establishment of the Anda Veterans' Emergency Rescue Team, to showcase the commitment of all team members in carrying out their responsibilities and mission of sharing the Party's concerns and solving the people's difficulties through practical actions, Captain Zhang Enxin, on behalf of all team members, read out the "Letter of Volunteering." Comrade Cui Hongjin accepted the "Letter of Volunteering" and delivered a speech. 

Cui Hongjin emphasized, "The establishment of the Emergency Rescue Team is our active response to the national call, voluntarily engaging in actions to safeguard the lives and property of the people, demonstrating Anda's determination to support the military and the patriotic values. Today is also Anda's annual 'Caring for the Next Generation, Spending a Day with Parents at Work' themed day. Children, among the members of the 'Emergency Rescue Team' here today, there may be your parents. Unlike previous years, this event, due to the establishment of the 'Emergency Rescue Team,' carries even greater social responsibility and spirit of dedication. It provides us, the children of Anda, with a rare opportunity to fully understand the company and gain a deep appreciation for our parents' work. This holds immense significance." 

In order to express their respect for the Anda Veterans' Emergency Rescue Team and their gratitude towards the attending leaders, the children of the employees in attendance each presented flowers to both the leaders and the members of the rescue team.

Simultaneously, in order to fully demonstrate care, support, and encouragement for the children of employees, Anda Group, through the Yang Zhaolan Charity Foundation, continued its tradition of awarding scholarships to outstanding students who were admitted to top universities such as those in the "985" and "211" project, as well as municipal-level top institutions. Chairman Cui Hongjin, General Manager Cui Wenlian, Chairman of the Foundation, and Deputy 
General Manager of the Group Hao Fengrong individually awarded scholarships to these exceptional students.

At the end of the event, special guests, including Kang Feng, Captain of the District Red Cross Blue Sky Rescue Team, along with his colleagues, provided an explanation of rescue knowledge to the Anda Emergency Rescue Team. The teaching team demonstrated basic first aid methods for various types of sudden accidents to the attending leaders, rescue team members, and children of employees. They gave lessons on setting up simple stretchers, performing CPR, and using Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).

Following this, Wang Yan, Head of the Group's Public Relations Department, led the children of employees on a tour of the first-floor exhibition hall, with a special focus on the kitchen waste disposal area. (The "Pure Earth" brand's kitchen waste biochemical treatment machine, as the latest research and development achievement of Anda Group, has been well-received by users for its ability to reduce, harmlessly treat, and convert kitchen waste into powdered organic materials through upgraded fermentation within 8-24 hours, contributing to its environmental benefits.) The children of employees have participated in the "Caring for the Next Generation" event multiple times and are very familiar with this product. They readily answered questions about the equipment's principles and environmental concepts. As an encouragement, Anda Group prepared succulent plants and specially made organic fertilizers as prizes for the children, hoping that they will have a more comprehensive understanding of fertilizer usage and its effects through caring for plants. This gesture aims to foster a sense of pride and honor in Anda's contributions to environmental conservation.
